All pricing is per day or weekly with the option of additional days.

The minimum age for rentals is 23 years of age.

All customers must have been licensed to drive for at least two years at the time of rental. A National License must be presented at time of rental.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is also required if the National Driving License is not in Roman alphabet. An IDP is recommended for translation purposes and may only be used in conjunction with a National Driver's License.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any renter should he feel that there is insufficient driving experience for the vehicle requested

Deposits

Minimum deposit £250.00 for cash customers. Business cheques only accepted prior to arrangement accompanied by purchase order. Cheques up to their valid bankers card and major credit card accepted.

Inclusive Mileage

Mileage restrictions may apply to certain vehicles at owner’s discretion.

Petrol / Diesel

Fuel costs are the renters’ own responsibility. If the vehicle is hired with a full tank and returned empty the difference will be charged. If hired empty no charge will be made. We regret we cannot make refunds.

Collision Damage Waiver

EVERY VEHICLE IS SUBJECT TO MINIMUM £750.00 EXCESS. VANS £750.00 ABOVE CAB HEIGHT. This includes all loss or damage howsoever caused including tyres, radios, cassettes and windows. An excess of £750.00 is applied in the event of vehicle theft. Collision Damage Waiver is available. Under 25’s £750.00 minimum excess.

Own Insurance

Subject to acceptance by us. Must be fully comprehensive, will be verified at the time of rental for duration. £750.00 excess will apply.

Fluid Levels / Tyre Pressures

Vehicles are checked before rental and thereafter must be maintained by the renter.

Additional Drivers

All additional drivers must show their licences.

Overseas

Overseas travel rates x 1.5 English tariff starting on date & mileage of collection of vehicle

Age Limits

23 years MINIMUM: 3 years full licence
25-74: 2 years full licence
Under 25’s add £1.00 per rental day

Extension of Rental

Only with express permission of the owner subject to further advance payment

Additional Benefits Available

Windscreen cover, Personal accident and Effects insurance, Minibus cover, Foreign travel, Green card and European cover, Baby seats and trolleys. Also standby rates are available on Saturdays. Please ask for cost at time of rental.

Vehicles may be collected and returned between the following hours (out of hours requirements please check with owner) Bank holidays accepted.

We can only maintain our low rates by avoiding vehicles loss and damage. Please do not be offended when asked to provide Bona Fide identification.
